It is an evaporation insert – we will make the total water solution for this company, which will clean their industrial wastewater – says Vibeke Svendsen
She cannot yet reveal the identity of the Polish client, only that it is a large company. However, the order has come a bit by the back door, says Vibeke Svendsen. It stems from the company’s participation at the Hannover Messe in 2016.
We met VW at the 2016 show and they thought it was an interesting solution we had, and we subsequently ran tests down at their place. But they later put a stop to investment, but recommended us to this client instead – she explains

We actually came home from the fair a bit exhausted, because we had only received this one test order, but that it results in such a large order two years later, that’s just great – continues Vibeke Svendsen
In addition to the recent order in Poland, and the home market of Denmark, Envotherm has also supplied plants to Germany, the UK and the US.
We are seeing increasing interest from industrial customers who want to treat their process wastewater “in house”. Companies will be less dependent on access to water from local water companies when they can purify and reuse their own process water over and over again. At the same time, they meet the UN’s global goal of optimising the use of the planet’s resources – explains Vibeke Svendsen
For the Polish customer, it is also a significant factor that Envotherm’s plant has integrated Internet of Things technology, so that an engineer at Envotherm in Vojens can sit and follow the operation at all times.
Often we are only at the customer once a year for the annual service check, the rest we do online – says CEO Vibeke Svendsen
