Jysk Emballage Rens (JER) works with environmentally friendly cleaning and recycling of various types of plastic packaging, as well as the sale of new packaging.

The treated water is so clean that it can be reused in the washing system.

The wastewater at JER is very varied, which caused some challenges during the start-up phase. These issues have now been resolved, and the system is running satisfactorily. The treated water can be reused, and significantly less waste is disposed of. The municipality has made a couple of visits and taken samples, and they are very satisfied with the results.

After passing through the evaporator, the treated water is clean enough to be reused in the washing system, which was not possible before.
