Organised and systematic behaviour
Organized and systematic behavior will ensure a consistent level of quality for the products and services provided by Envotherm. Envotherm must deliver products that comply at all times with applicable legislation and relevant standards, as well as the additional requirements of our customers and ourselves for the solutions.
At Envotherm, we strive to do things right the first time, avoiding unnecessary costs and irritations with customers and internally among employees. Envotherm’s employees are dedicated to making suggestions for improvements in products, processes and workflows so that quality and the company’s competitiveness are continuously improved.
Quality management system
Envotherm’s production is an assembly production, where all part components are manufactured by certified subcontractors, based on Envotherm’s own design drawings and specifications.
Our subcontractors
Our subcontractors are 100% European and mainly from Germany and Denmark. Envotherm ensures that subcontractors have the necessary certifications for each delivery. In Envotherm we divide our mounting components into 2 categories:
- Custom-made components based on Envotherm’s own design and drawing documentation, such as our circulation pumps, mechanical defoamers and evaporator towers.
- Standard components, supplied on the basis of Envotherm component specifications, for example valves, compressor, motors, sensors and sensors, control and regulation components.
Quality control
Subcontractors for custom components are subject to Envotherm’s requirements for certification documentation for material specific machining and that their dedicated employees have the necessary training and courses each task requires. Examples include handling of stainless steel including welding certificates for specific stainless alloys.
All components are quality controlled in 4 phases:
- Exit control at the subcontractor is done by Envotherm employee.
- Entrance check at Envotherm before installation is made by Envotherm employee.
- The functional test at Envotherm takes place in the last 14 days before the delivery deadline, where the function of all components is checked.
- Exit/final inspection at Envotherm visual inspection and documentation of the plant before packaging and shipment.
Subcontractors of standard components to Envotherm are subject to EN-ISO 9001.
QA/QC procedure: all components are quality controlled in 3 phases:
- Visual entry control
- The functional test at Envotherm takes place in the last 14 days before the delivery deadline, where the function of all components is checked.
- Exit/final inspection at Envotherm visual inspection and documentation of the plant before packaging and shipment.
