Challenge

The production of aluminium components generates waste water as part of the rinsing process in production. The wastewater contains surfactant emulsifications, which means that a large part of the wastewater from production cannot be discharged and is therefore disposed of.

Envotherm delivered an ET1000 plant under a lease contract that will enable BENTELER to treat up to 6000 m³ of wastewater per year. years, allowing them to recycle over 95% as distilled water, and less than 5% is disposed of.
